Fine Blanking & Machining Components

Fine Blanking

Fine Blanking is a metal forming process used to produce ‘Net shape finished parts in single operation or with minimum secondary processing. Hydraulic presses are used to actuate the tool and Die in three motions , thus makes clear shear with straight edges with no fracture zones, good flatness tolerances and high level of angular accuracy . Comparing to conventional stamping process , the die clearance in Fine Blanking process is one tenth which eliminates the tearing on the cut edges of the parts . Fine Blanking, three forces are worked simultaneously to provide the required output i.e. Blanking force, V ring Force and Counter force.

Advantages Of Fine Blanking Process

Machining

Machining is a manufacturing process that involves removing material from a farger piece to create a desired shape.

CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) machining is a manufacturing process that uses pre- programmed software to automatically control the movement of factory tools and machinery.

CNC machining can be used to produce parts and components from a variety of materials, including metal, wood, composites, and plastics.

The process is often used to create complex, precise parts with intricate geometries, which may require multiple steps and operations
